One show. Every crew.

Build the spectacle
before the crowd arrives.

Show Day is a nonviolent, real-time crew game about the work behind a touring concert. Trucks reach the dock in sequence. Road cases need to reach the right departments. Rigging, staging, lighting, audio, video, cameras, power, and effects all depend on one another.

You work one crew while the other departments continue around you. Finish early and you can help clear a bottleneck. Fall behind and another team may have to wait. The schedule makes every task part of a larger system.

The show-day loop

From first truck
to final load-out.

01 / ADVANCE

Read the day.

Study the venue packet, schedule, dock plan, rigging limits, power service, and the doors-open deadline.

02 / BUILD

Make the plan real.

Unload in order, move cases, build the stage and truss, connect systems, and keep every department moving.

03 / TEST & RUN

Find it before showtime.

Trace faults, earn approvals, open the doors, then perform your crew’s live cues against the set list.

04 / STRIKE

Pack it for tomorrow.

Bring the production down safely and load every case in truck order before curfew sends the tour onward.

Real work behind the music

Learn how a production
fits together.

The game turns real touring roles into systems players can understand through decisions, timing, communication, and visible cause and effect.

STAGE & RIGGING

Build the foundation.

Sequence freight, place deck and risers, understand loads and clearances, and prepare the structure every other department needs.

TECHNICAL SYSTEMS

Connect and troubleshoot.

Follow power and signal paths, patch equipment, test responses, find faults, and understand why one missing link affects the whole show.

PRODUCTION

Keep everyone on the clock.

Read a day sheet, spot dependencies, communicate clearly, protect safety margins, and make tradeoffs before doors open.

Growing one crew at a time

A complete day first.
A larger tour ahead.

Development begins with Stage Crew and Rigging across theater and arena stops, with NPC departments completing the rest of the production. The long-term plan expands to playable power, lighting, audio, video, broadcast, special-effects, crew-chief, and production-manager roles.

Show Day is in development. Its crew roster, venue catalog, platform support, progression, artwork, music, and release timing may change as the game is built and tested.
